1. Digital Services Policy

All listing fees are for digital services (property exposure on our platform). Once payment is processed and the listing is published, fees are non-refundable, except under these conditions:

  • Listing Not Published: If your paid listing fails to go live within 48 hours due to our error, you may request a full refund.
  • Duplicate Charge: If you’re accidentally charged twice, we’ll refund the duplicate immediately.

2. Approval Rejections

If your listing is rejected during admin review (e.g., due to fake info or policy violations), you’ll receive:

    • A free revision chance (fix errors within 7 days).
    • No refund if you withdraw the listing voluntarily.

    3.How to Request a Refund

    Email support@ekasiproperty.net within 5 days with:

      • Your listing ID
      • Proof of payment
      • Reason for request

      4. Processing Time
      Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

      4.Consumer Rights
      This policy doesn’t affect your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
