3. User Obligations

  • Accuracy: Provide truthful information (IDs, ownership docs).

  • Legal Compliance: Adhere to SA property laws (e.g., Housing Act, CPA).

  • No Scams: Fraudulent listings will be reported to SAPS.

4. Listings & Transactions

  • Verification: Listings are user-generated; we verify but don’t guarantee accuracy.

  • RDP Rules: Sellers confirm compliance with 8-year resale restrictions.

  • Fees: Listing fees are non-refundable unless due to Platform error.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Posting fake listings or impersonating others.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.

  • Automated scraping of Platform data.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of their Content but grant the Platform a license to display it.

  • The Platform’s logo, name, and design are trademarked.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We’re not liable for:

    • Transactions outside the Platform.

    • Damages from inaccurate listings.

    • ISP outages or data breaches beyond our control.
