RDP Rules: Sellers confirm compliance with 8-year resale restrictions.
Fees: Listing fees are non-refundable unless due to Platform error.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Posting fake listings or impersonating others.
Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
Automated scraping of Platform data.
6. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of their Content but grant the Platform a license to display it.
The Platform’s logo, name, and design are trademarked.
7. Limitation of Liability

Transactions outside the Platform.
Damages from inaccurate listings.
ISP outages or data breaches beyond our control.
